Here at the Kingston Gymnastics Club our team of coaches and staff are dedicated to providing fun, challenge, fitness and skill development in a bright, encouraging atmosphere. KGC has programs for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels, including: Kindergym, Tall and Small, Recreational, Advanced Recreational, Teen/Adult and Trampoline & Tumbling. We also offer Pre-competitive and Competitive classes for girls. Our programs are based on the CANGYM system developed by Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique. The club is a non-profit organization, and is a member of both Gymnastics Ontario and Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique.
